Türkiye'den kaydedilmiş tek tür: Cladophialophora chaetospira. Bu tür Türkiye'de yalnızca çevresel DNAÇevresel DNA Toprak, su ya da hava gibi çevresel örneklerden, canlının kendisi yakalanmadan elde edilen DNA; mantar çalışmalarında çoğunlukla toprak veya odun örneklerinden alınır. GBIF'te bu tür kayıtlar çoğunlukla 'material sample' (materyal… kayıtlarıyla bilinir.

Herpotrichiellaceae is a family of ascomycetous fungi within the order Chaetothyriales and within the class Eurotiomycetes. It contains 16 genera and about 270 species. The type genus of the family, Herpotrichiella, is now synonymous with Capronia.
It contains human–pathogenic species.
